Nevio Scala's vineyard is located at the foot of the Euganean Hills, in the Italian province of Padova. The winery adopts organic agricultural practices that do not involve the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilization products and that avoids excessive exploitation of natural resources, within a model of sustainable development – economically, biologically, but also socially as part of corporate responsibility.

NEVIO SCALA ROSSO RUGO
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and native varieties including Pattaresca, Turchetta, Recantina and Corbinona.
Clear, medium ruby in colour, the Nevio Scala Rosso Rugo's nose shows off aromas of cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, black plum, grass and tomato leaf. The palate is dry with medium acidity, soft tannins and a long finish. The Nevio Scala Rosso Rugo is best enjoyed in its youth.
